Where are the two data centres where you operate located?
Both data centres are located in Bucharest, in sector 1 and sector 5 respectively.
DC CHML is located at 266 - 268 Calea Rahovei, in the premises of Electromagnetica SA.
DC partner M247 is located in the north of Bucharest, Șos. 11B Glucose Factory.
What is the SLA for CHML services?
For services based on physical servers (dedicated / colocation) equipped with 2 power supplies, we offer SLA of 100% for power supply, and 99.9% for network.
For other services, the SLA is 99.95%.
Can I pay by card?
Of course, orders and invoices can be paid by card through Netopia MobilPay or by bank transfer. All the details for making payments are available in your customer account and in the notifications you receive by email.
Do I benefit from cPanel web hosting?
Of course, all hosting packages benefit from cPanel. In addition, we offer a host of tools to help you manage your account and secure your data.
Do you offer backup or other data security tools?
For web hosting services, incremental backup is included. For VPS services, dedicated servers and colocation, we offer optional and for a fee backup space available through secure protocols.
